rainy wednesday and veggies that needed cookin’ so i decided to make one of my favorite snacks, kale chips, and try 1 of my 100’s of food pins, cauliflower buffalo “wings”. Chris hates the kale chips, i love them. the continuos struggle between me, the pescatarian, and Chris, the carnivore. gotta give him credit though he is open to try my “weird hippie food” but that definitely does not mean he likes it. Chunk was a vacuum in the kitchen but joined the ranks of veggie hater right next to his dad.

Ellen DeGeneres: Here and Now was playing in the background as i was cooking up the veggies. might be from 10 years ago but still relevant to today’s world and her delivery is fantastic. good clean fun as Chris sarcastically calls it but despite his tone it is actually worth a watch!
